販売価格 (Selling Price) 各商品ページに表示された価格（表示通貨はお客様のご利用地域により異なります）。 Prices are displayed on each product page. The currency varies based on the customer's location.

商品代金以外の必要料金 (Additional Charges)

  • 日本国内への配送 (Domestic Japan): 消費税（商品代金に含まれます）。配送料は無料です。

  • 海外への配送 (International):

    • 送料 (Shipping Fee): チェックアウト画面にて表示されます。Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

    • 関税・諸税 (Duties & Taxes):

      • DDP対象地域 (USA, EU, Singapore etc.): 商品代金に含まれます。Import duties and taxes are included in the price.

      • DAP対象地域 (Hong Kong, Oceania etc.): 商品代金に含まれません。到着時にお客様が直接、現地当局または配送業者へお支払いいただく必要があります（※香港は免税港のため、通常追加のお支払いは発生しません）。Import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery (Note: Hong Kong is generally tax-free).

支払方法および支払時期 (Payment Methods & Timing) クレジットカード、その他Shopifyペイメントを通じた各決済方法。ご注文時にお支払いが確定します。 Credit cards and other methods via Shopify Payments. Payment is processed at the time of order.

商品の引渡時期 (Delivery Time) ご注文確定後、通常1〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • 日本国内: 発送後1〜2日程度。

  • 海外: 発送後3〜10営業日程度（地域や通関状況により異なります）。Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days for international orders, depending on the region and customs.

返品・交換について (Returns & Exchanges)

  • 日本国内のお客様 (Domestic): 商品到着後7日以内に事前連絡をいただいた場合に限り、未使用品に限り承ります。お客様都合による返品・交換の場合、往復の送料（発送時実費および返送分）はお客様負担となります。

  • 海外のお客様 (International): 商品到着後14日以内に事前連絡をいただいた場合に限り承ります。詳細は「Returns & Refund Policy」をご確認ください。Please refer to our "Returns & Refund Policy" for details.

  • 不良品 (Defective Items): 弊社負担にて速やかに交換または返金対応をいたします。SMOKE will cover all costs for returning or replacing defective items.

  • 返品不可条件 (Final Sale): セール商品、プロモーション商品は返品不可となります。Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
